Hours and Tuition

Wait-A-While Playschool was opened for the first time on September 3, 2019.  Wait-A-While is open year round with breaks for winter, spring, and summer.  When in session Wait-A-While is open full-time Monday- Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM.  Extended care before and after  is available upon request. Our hours are flexible and most instructional time happens between 9-3. Starting in the fall of 2020 Morning and Afternoon sessions will be available.  The morning session is from 8-12 or 8:30-12:30 and the afternoon session is 12-4 or 12:30-4:30.  We love our weekly field trips to local nature areas, but your child needs to be in attendance with us a minimum of 3hrs/day to allow enough time for these trips.   It is okay to sign up for a morning and afternoon session for your child.   Our curriculum has weekly themes and the more days your child is attendance the more effective this curriculum can be.  However, we believe any amount of time spent in nature has positive results and we understand the you need to decide what schedule works best for your child and family.  

Wait-A-While Playschool per our county and state certification can only have 6 children in attendance at any given time.   Your child should be 3years old by Sept. 1st 2023  An application process will take place to find the best fit for families and our educator.  For the 2023 enrollment period monthly tuition is $60/day for full-time (8:00am-4:30pm) or $30/day for AM or PM sessions.  Payment is due in advance on a monthly basis.
